Housebroken
Leash and crate trained
Letter of Recommendation from your vet, kennel, or current landlord vouching for your pet’s behavior (socialized, quiet, and no history of aggression)
Dogs under 30 lbs. and Cats under 20 lbs.
Meet and greet between landlord and pet required for approval

We charge a $300 non-refundable initial pet fee. A monthly pet fee of $50 is added onto your monthly rent.
